Health Resources

Music Academy partners with fitness professionals to offer weekly cardio, yoga classes, and educational videos geared to the demanding lifestyle of a professional musician. Resources include free individual counseling sessions and group mindfulness and meditation classes.

Led by faculty, administration, and guest artists, inspiring and motivational lectures throughout the Festival offer professional and personal tools for success and health.
