DIRECTOR OF PHILANTHROPIC RELATIONSHIPS
Full-Time, Exempt

The Director of Philanthropic Relationships will be responsible for growing and leading the strategic direction and vision for the Academy’s foundations program and will be an active member of the Academy’s collaborative fundraising team. The successful candidate will be focused on building strategic alliances with diverse constituencies in order to drive major gift commitments from private foundations, as well as from a targeted portfolio of individual donors, to achieve fundraising goals.

TALENT & CULTURE MANAGER
Full-Time, Exempt

The Music Academy seeks a positive, forward-thinking human resources generalist to create a professional experience that fosters employees coming to work with excitement and energy. FACILITIES OPERATIONS ASSISTANT
Part-Time, Non-Exempt, multiple positions available

The Music Academy seeks dynamic team members to help support the daily operations and maintenance of our beautiful campus. The ideal candidate will be someone with a true passion for connecting with people of all ages – from children to seniors – as they will assist staff and visitors with various on-site needs, especially during the 8-week Summer Festival from June 5-August 7.

EVENT OPERATIONS ASSOCIATE
Part-Time, Non-Exempt, multiple positions available

These associates are responsible for the production, front of house, and facility operation needs of the Music Academy’s public events. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to gain artistic and event production experience in a variety of settings including performances, rehearsals, nonprofit functions, and other public events.

SOCIAL MEDIA & PROGRAM EDITOR
Seasonal, Full-Time, Non-Exempt

June 5 through August 5

Promotes events during the annual Summer School & Festival through printed programs and social media content while adhering to the Music Academy's brand. The position will divide its time between editing, routing, and printing
programs and utilizing the Music Academy's social platforms to promote the Festival using curated content. This is a great opportunity for someone who has a passion for social media marketing and online engagement. LEARN MORE


FRONT OF HOUSE SUPERVISOR

TICKET OFFICE MANAGER

Responsible for selling and processing ticket orders, giving excellent customer service, maintaining efficient Ticket Office operations, and providing oversight to Ticket Office Associates.
