MAJOR GIFT OFFICER

Full-Time, Exempt

This position will manage a robust portfolio of current donors and prospects to meet annual goals for individual giving.

MANAGER OF FELLOW & ALUMNI ENGAGEMENT

Full-Time, Non-Exempt

This position promotes a supportive culture that enriches the fellows’ off-stage experience through dynamic social, wellness, and career development programming, intentional feedback forums, and community outreach. This position helps maintain the Academy’s relationship-driven culture and supportive network for alumni through unique year-round alumni engagement efforts. 

SING! CHORAL DIRECTOR

Part-Time, Non-Exempt

The Music Academy is committed to serving the youth of Santa Barbara with the highest level of excellence in choral instruction and music education through its Sing! program, now in its fifth year. The Academy is partnering with the Young People’s Chorus of New York City to plan the growth and ensure the efficacy of the program. Sing! Choral Directors are instrumental to implementing the program’s vision and building relationships in our community. 

FACILITIES & EVENTS COORDINATOR

Full-Time, Non-Exempt

This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth execution of events, maintaining the facility in top-notch condition, overseeing security protocols, and compliance with our Conditional Use Permit. The ideal candidate will possess a strong blend of organizational, interpersonal, and technical skills to successfully manage a diverse range of responsibilities. This is a new role to the Music Academy and flexibility and a knack for problem-solving are key as our needs evolve. 

FACILITIES OPERATIONS ASSISTANT

Part-Time, Non-Exempt, multiple positions available

The Music Academy seeks dynamic team members to help support the daily operations and maintenance of our beautiful campus. The ideal candidate will be someone with a true passion for connecting with people of all ages – from children to seniors – as they will assist staff and visitors with various on-site needs, especially during the 8-week Summer Festival from June 5-August 7.
