Charles is a bachelor’s degree student at Colburn Conservatory studying with David Rejano-Cantero and John Lofton. 2021 awards include winner of the Southeast Trombone Symposium S.E. Shires Solo Competition, and overall winner/top bass trombone in the Georgia Trombone Summit Mock Audition. He has also appeared with the California Young Artist Symphony.
