Alex is earning his master’s degree at Northwestern University, studying with Michael Mulcahy, Doug Wright, Tim Higgins, and Randy Hawes. In 2022, he won the DePaul University Concerto Competition. Alex is a substitute musician with the Chicago Symphony, and is associate trombone with the Civic Orchestra of Chicago.
