Raleigh Lindelof
Executive Assistant to the CEO
Raleigh Lindelof was born and raised in Santa Barbara, where she developed deep ties to the local community and a strong sense of family. Adopted into a large family, alongside five siblings, she grew up in an environment that emphasized connection, care, and responsibility, values that continue to shape her professional approach.
At 18, Raleigh moved to San Francisco to study Business at the College of Marin. While in college, she was given the opportunity to run operations for a marketing company, where her attention to detail and natural organizational strengths stood out. This experience led her to pursue and earn an accounting certificate, further strengthening her operational and financial skill set.
After more than a decade in San Francisco, Raleigh returned to Santa Barbara and continued her career at QAD, Inc. Known for her nurturing leadership style, reliability, and precision, she brings a thoughtful, people-centered mindset to every role she takes on.
Outside of work, Raleigh enjoys experimenting in the kitchen, hosting family gatherings, and is a lifelong Los Angeles Dodgers fan.
