Maia Ruiz-Law
violin
Maia is earning a bachelor’s degree at Indiana University Jacobs School of Music studying with Mark Kaplan. Maia won the University’s 2022 Violin Competition and took Second Place in the 2019 Sejong Music Competition. She has also performed as soloist with the Jacobs School of Music Symphony Orchestra and in the first violin section of the Jacobs School of Music Philharmonic Orchestra and Bloomington Symphony Orchestra. Maia serves on Violin Faculty at the Wylie School of Music and is the Second Violinist of the Coda Quartet.
