                                                        2020 Violin Fellow
                                                                                    
                            
                                                        NATSUKO TAKASHIMA ('20) 24, born in Hackensack, New Jersey, is a New World Symphony Violin Fellow. Previous teachers include David Halen, Naoko Tanaka, and Ray Iwazumi. She previously attended the National Repertory Orchestra Festival (serving as principal second violin). Natsuko won third place in the 2020 National MTNA Chamber Music Competition as a part of the Belkorim Piano Trio.
