Paige earned a bachelor's degree in vocal performance and opera and a certificate in musical theatre from Northwestern University. They have remained active in Chicago, Illinois, having served as Teaching Artist with the Lyric Opera and Associate Director with the Gilbert & Sullivan Opera Company. With the Ouroboros Opera, they have directed notable operas such as Bluebeard’s Castle by Bartók and the Chicago premiere La Femme Bohème, the latter of which is a reimagining of Puccini's La bohème with the Valkyrie Orchestra. Most recently, they associate directed Ruddigore with the Gilbert & Sullivan Opera Company and directed Okoye's Wet Dirt with the Thompson Street Opera Company. This summer, Paige will be assistant directing the Music Academy's productions of Bizet's Carmen (with Ken Cazan) and Ravel's L'enfant et les sortilèges (with Mary Birnbaum).
