Katelyn is earning her master’s degree from the University of Michigan as a student of Amanda Majeski. There, she performed the role of Aveline in Kevin Puts's Elizabeth Cree. Other roles include Adele in Johann Strauss II's Die Fledermaus and Despina in Mozart's Cosí fan tutte, both with the University of North Florida. She also placed first the 2022-2023 University of North Florida Aria Competition.
