I believe each of us has the power to speak and write in a way that inspires others to act.
The spark to inspire others may get diminished over the years. My goal is to rekindle that in those I teach or coach so that they see success in the pitches they make, presentations they deliver, or reports they prepare. In my specialty I’m able to see tangible impact of my work that has long-lasting results. When people can inspire others to act they can change our world. Whether it’s moving voters or investors or employees the mark of an effective leader is the power to inspire action. The only way to do that is through being a clear and compelling communicator. Helping people achieve that then enables them to make the difference they seek to bring about in our world. There’s no greater joy for me than seeing the success of those I’ve helped.
My clients have achieved multibillion dollar investment targets, launched a run for office, established a start-up to bring innovative products to underserved communities, and communicated complex scientific achievements in language donors could understand. Each engagement, whether an individual, a team, or an entire organization begins with the question of INTENT. As a result of this communication what do you want the audience to think, say, or do. From our intention everything else follows. Yes, my work involves public speaking and business writing, but those are just tools we sharpen together in the service of your dream…your intention.
In my own life’s journey it’s not always been smooth sailing, far from it. But I have found that everything can be worked out with effective communication. I freely narrate my own challenges rebounding from a serious suicide attempt in 2003 and a shocking job shift in 2020, as personal evidence that we can all achieve our dreams and inspire others to do the same.
