Don your best denim and diamonds to enjoy an unforgettable experience with world-renowned pianist and Music Academy teaching artist Jeremy Denk in charming Lehmann Hall. Cocktails on the veranda, followed by dinner, sets the stage for an intimate performance of Beethoven’s Piano Sonata No. 31, enhanced by Jeremy’s personal insight on Beethoven’s sonatas with historical context and personal musings.

Jeremy Denk, who has served as a solo piano faculty artist at the Music Academy of the West since 2015, is one of America’s foremost pianists as well as a New York Times bestselling author. Jeremy is the recipient of both the MacArthur ‘Genius’ Fellowship and the Avery Fisher Prize, and is a member of the American Academy of Arts and Sciences.

Proceeds benefit the Music Academy’s full scholarship programs for Summer Festival student musicians and the year-round Sing! youth choral program.
